GROUP COUNSELING
Participate in group therapy with themes like relapse prevention, anger management,
mindfulness, and other topics determined by the needs of the people currently served.
INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT (IOP)
Counseling is provided in group treatment formats for a half a day program at least three
times a week. The IOP will focus on Behavioral Health or Substance Use needs depending
on which group may be the most helpful right now. Please call to determine eligibility.
RECOVERY COACH
Meet with your assigned Coach to receive one-on-one peer support. Coaches will
provide guidance and help you overcome the obstacles making progress difficult.

in treatment may facilitate and support progress made in other venues.

As part of a holistic treatment plan, Medication-Assisted Treatment is a tool to support recovery.
Several medication options are available and can be discussed with your provider.

The Structured Outpatient Addiction Program (SOAP) is available to people who have recently entered recovery or who are in
need of additional support to maintain their recovery. Counseling is provided in group treatment formats for half a day.
Recovery Coach

Receive one on one case management support from a Recovery Support Navigator
specializing in knowledge of the Substance Use Treatment System.

SUS GROUP THERAPY SCHEDULE
Midday Mindfulness Group for Recovery from Substance Use
Wednesdays 11:30am – 12:30pm
Do you feel easily overwhelmed, stressed out during the day, or have a difficult time finding your center? You are not alone! Join a supportive community of like-minded individuals where you will learn skills and strategies to help yourself return to a state of ease, even on the most stressful of days. During this weekly group we will share in community in a safe place to be heard, learn a variety of mindfulness skills, and empower ourselves with easy-to-use tools to take charge of our emotions.
Women in Recovery
Fridays 11:00am – 12:30pm
This is a recovery support group for women that are suffering from an alcohol/drug problem and a mental health diagnosis. This is a group that will support your work to heal your emotional wounds.
Family Dynamics & Substance Use
Tuesdays 12:00pm – 1:00pm
Understanding the dynamics of relationships with your family and how they affect your SUD challenges today. We would look at the ways of relating with parents and extended family. How it made the client feel and see how/if it relates to their relationship with their substance of choice to understand the difficulty of choosing sobriety or harm reduction when it comes to their use.
