Francesca Styles BCBA,LABA
Assistant Vice President of ABA Services
Francesca received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Boston University, her master’s degree in Child and Family Studies from Wheelock College, and completed verified Behavior Analyst course sequence from Endicott College. Francesca has over 25 years of experience working with children, youth and families in a variety of settings, including early childhood, center and day habilitation, residential, school, camps, and community-based environments. Francesca has been working in a school, as well as community and home-based treatment for the last 12 years in Massachusetts and has been with Northeast Family Services since 2019. Her passion to help others and support children and families has allowed her to work in many settings and gain experience working with families, adults and children in various roles as an educator, direct care provider, behavior technician, case manager, coordinator, assistant director, program director, and behavior clinician. Francesca brings her passion and experience to Northeast Family Services to continue to build upon the mission of NFS of bringing the teachings of applied behavior analysis to children with Autism allowing for learning, teaching and skill building of behaviors that are of social significance to promote personal growth and independence.
Ben Fox, MSW, LICSW
Ben attended undergraduate at Rutgers University, receiving a BA in Africana Studies and English, and later an MSW from Salem State University. He speaks Spanish and Swahili, and has traveled in various parts of the world. He’s worked in a wide variety of settings, from homelessness to residential, home-based, school, and jail, and feels a strong commitment to working with children and families. Ben enjoys the position of Program Director of Northeast Family Service’s Central office region, which provides In-Home Therapy, In-Home Behavior Therapy, and Therapeutic Mentoring.
Meg List, LICSW
Meg graduated from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Psychology and then earned a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from SUNY Albany. She has over a decade of experience and has been working in Massachusetts since 2012. Meg has a rich history of working with communities at risk and has worked in a variety of settings including schools, communities and a jail. She brings a strength based and trauma informed care lens to her work. Meg is devoted to all persons and families receiving high quality and collaborative care. She joined Northeast Family Services as Program Director of Norwood office in 2018 bringing an infections enthusiasm to the team and families they serve.
Allison Pina, MSW, LICSW
Allison received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Morgan State University and Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland. Allison joined Northeast Family Services in 2017 and is the Program Director in the Southeast Region, which is located in Fall River. Allison is dedicated to supporting children and families and her career included working as a Psychiatric and Medical Social Worker at a teaching hospital for over 19 years before joining the NFS team.
Colleen McKenna, LMHC
Colleen received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology from Clark University in Worcester, and her Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Cambridge College in Cambridge. Colleen has worked in the behavioral services field for over 25 years, first as an outpatient clinician for children and adults, and then as a CBHI Supervisor and Director. Colleen is the Program Director for the Northeast Office of Northeast Family Services, and is excited to offer quality care for youth and families through the programs of In Home Therapy, In Home Behavioral Services, Therapeutic Mentoring, and Outpatient Services.
Maria Roman Morales, LMHC
Maria received her bachelor’s degree in Social Work and master’s degree In clinical social work from Universidad del Este. Maria has a Post Master’s Certificate in Applied Behavioral Analysis from UMASS Lowell and is currently a Doctoral candidate for Clinical social work expertise. Formal training in substance abuse, trauma, adoptions competencies and education systems. She speaks Spanish and loves working with communities and volunteering services. Maria joined Northeast family services in 2019 and is the Program Director in the Western Region, which is located at West Springfield. With more than 13 years of experience, Maria is dedicated to supporting children and families and her career included working as a School Social Worker, IOP clinician, outpatient therapist, In Home Therapist, In Home Behavioral therapist and a clinical supervisor for CBHI programs before joining the NFS team.
