Northeast Family Services offers comfort and support when your family needs assistance. Our company’s purpose is to provide our families with the absolute best service possible so that your family can succeed. You can be confident that Northeast Family Services will provide you with the excellent care that you deserve.
Northeast Family Services Clinic provides a range of diagnostic and treatment services on an outpatient basis. Outpatient therapy is provided to adults, youth, couples, and families for a variety of presenting concerns. Services can be provided at our office or at your home. Our therapists are able to assist with issues including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress management, trauma, fear/phobias, etc.
Integrated Assessment & Treatment Planning
Our clinicians initially complete an assessment to identify your needs and strengths, then collaborate with you to create an individualized behavior support plan. Driven by individual and family goals, this process is client-centered and reviewed on an ongoing basis.
During an evaluation, our practitioners will take the time to understand your concerns and what types of symptoms are bothersome. After the initial assessment, the practitioners will walk you through a treatment plan designed with your needs in mind. If medication is indicated, our practitioner will then walk you through the medication's effects, potential side-effects, usage, and course of treatment.
Community Support Services
We understand that every family has unique needs and requires individualized care. Our community support services focus on community based care for all families. Through our experiences we recognize that multicultural and multilingual families require specialized care that helps families without losing their cultural identity of origin. By providing services in the community, we are able to see children and families in their school environment.
