SUBSTANCE USE SERVICES
GROUP COUNSELING
Participate in group therapy with themes like relapse prevention, anger management,
mindfulness, and other topics determined by the needs of the people currently served.
INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT (IOP)
Counseling is provided in group treatment formats for a half a day program at least three
times a week. The IOP will focus on Behavioral Health or Substance Use needs depending
on which group may be the most helpful right now. Please call to determine eligibility.
RECOVERY COACH
Meet with your assigned Coach to receive one-on-one peer support. Coaches will
provide guidance and help you overcome the obstacles making progress difficult.

Address the underlying causes of addiction and current stress with a trusted counselor
Family Counseling
Recovery success will result in change among family systems. Including them
in treatment may facilitate and support progress made in other venues.
Group Counseling

Medication-Assisted Treament
As part of a holistic treatment plan, Medication-Assisted Treatment is a tool to support recovery.
Several medication options are available and can be discussed with your provider.
SOAP
The Structured Outpatient Addiction Program (SOAP) is available to people who have recently entered recovery or who are in
need of additional support to maintain their recovery. Counseling is provided in group treatment formats for half a day.
Recovery Coach
Meet with your assigned Coach to receive one on one peer support. Coaches will provide
guidance and help you overcome the obstacles making progress difficult.
Recovery Support Navigator
Receive one on one case management support from a Recovery Support Navigator
specializing in knowledge of the Substance Use Treatment System.
Driver Alchohol Education & Second Offender Aftercare
Psychoeducation groups provided to fulfill requirements for court-referred individuals following a DUI Conviction

OUR SERVICES
Outpatient Therapy
Northeast Family Services Clinic provides a range of diagnostic and treatment services on an outpatient basis. Outpatient therapy is provided to adults, youth, couples and families for a variety of presenting concerns. Services can be provided at our office or at your home. Our therapists are able to assist with issues including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress management, trauma, fear/phobias, etc.

Medication Management
During an evaluation, our practitioners will take the time to understand your concerns and what types of symptoms are bothersome. After the initial assessment, the practitioners will walk you through a treatment plan designed with your needs in mind. If medication is indicated, our practitioner will then walk you through the medication's effects, potential side-effects, usage, and course of treatment.
Community Support Services
We understand that every family has unique needs and requires individualized care. Our community support services focuses on community based care for all families. Through our experiences we recognize that multicultural and multilingual families require specialized care that helps families without losing their cultural identity of origin. By providing in services in the community, we are able to see children and families in their home or school environment.
Integrated Assessment and Treatment Planning
Individual behavior support plans are created after extensive observations, comprehensive assessments, and functional behavior assessments are completed. Driven by the family goals, this assessment is client-centered and reviewed on an ongoing basis.
