Nidhi received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston College . Nidhi has over 15 years experience working with children, youth and families in a variety of settings including residential, school, hospital and community based environments. Nidhi has been working in community and home based treatment for the last 10 years in Massachusetts and has been with Northeast Family Services since 2012 services as supervisor, program director, clinical director and vice president through her time with NFS. Her training has focused on Solution Focused, CBT and Trauma Informed Care for Children, Youth and Families. Nidhi serves as the Senior Vice President overseeing all of Northeast Family Services operations.

Joseph Weeks, LMHC

Vice President of Northern New England

Joe received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Bridgewater State University. With over 10 years of experience working with children, youth and families in a variety of settings, Joe brings a strengths-based, community-focused approach to treatment. Joe has worked within the mental health field in a variety of settings and capacities including being an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Bridgewater State University, current mental health lobbyist and bill writer, former President of the American Mental Health Counselors Association and President and director of the Massachusetts Mental Health Counselors Association. Joe also sits on various state and national boards and committees including the AMHCA Ethics Committee and has assisted in the development of state and federal CBHI and mental/behavioral health policy. As Northern Vice President of Outpatient and CBHI Services, Joe oversees the operations of services in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine.

Dr. Patch received his BA in Psychology from the University of Vermont in 1987, MA in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of the Pacific in 1990, PsyD in Clinical Psychology in 2000 from the California School of Professional Psychology, and MBA from Florida Institute of Technology in 2014. He is a licensed behavior analyst in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New York; and a licensed psychologist in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, and Florida. He founded Northeast Family Services in 2003, providing individualized behavioral and psychotherapeutic supports to families in their homes and communities in Rhode Island. Steadily over the years, Northeast Family Services has grown in the number and types of programmatic supports they have provide to the point where they serve more than 1000 families through intensive in-home services and another 1000 individuals through office-based services in twelve offices across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Maine. He currently serves as President and CEO of Northeast Family Services where he oversees the overall operation and its ongoing expansion.
